Help Center
Find answers by issue: importing and updating subscriptions, app connections, peak-hour route selection, plan billing, and refunds.
Open a question to see the steps. To continue troubleshooting, keep the exact error and comparison results, then submit them through a support ticket in the user panel. Hide your password and full subscription link in screenshots.
Account & Subscription
Check your account and plan status first, then get, update, or transfer your subscription.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Follow the prompts in the user panel to set them up, and keep your login details somewhere safe. Use a unique password, and avoid saving your login on shared devices. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Once your account is set up, you can review plans and client download instructions; an active plan is required to access the relevant download links. If you can’t log in, check your username, keyboard input, and password capitalization, then use the support options available in the user panel. Never post account credentials in public comments.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I import it into a client?
Sign in to the user panel and make sure your plan is active, then find the subscription and download links. Download a client for your device, paste the subscription link into its subscription management or configuration import screen, save and refresh the configuration, then select the subscription you just added. Importing a subscription does not connect you automatically: choose a route, connect, and grant network permissions if prompted by your system. Your subscription link may contain account credentials, so protect it like a password. Before sharing a troubleshooting screenshot, hide the full link; never post it in public documents or group chats. Screen names may vary between the current panel and client.
How do I update my subscription link? Do I need to copy it again regularly?
In your client’s subscription list, find the VPNQI configuration and choose Update Subscription or Refresh Configuration. Then check that the route list loads successfully. Refreshing a configuration is not the same as replacing the subscription link; if the existing link works, there’s no need to repeatedly delete and re-import it. If an update fails, first make sure your device is connected to the internet, then check your plan status and current subscription details in the user panel. Replace the saved link only if the panel shows a new one or the old configuration no longer works. VPNQI does not specify a standard update interval; follow your client’s settings and update when routes change.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
VPNQI supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, so there’s no need to buy another plan just to use a different device. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, confirm that your plan is active, then get the relevant client and subscription details, import the configuration, and connect. When you stop using an old device, sign out and remove any locally saved subscriptions, especially before selling or lending it. Unlimited devices do not change your plan’s data allowance. Choose a plan based on your actual usage and the data shown in the panel, not the number of devices.
What should I do if my subscription link is shared publicly or sent to someone else?
First, revoke or remove the link from wherever it was shared. Then check the subscription status and data usage in the user panel. If the panel offers an option to reset or replace the subscription, follow the on-screen instructions. If you can’t find one, open a support ticket explaining that the subscription may have been exposed and ask how to proceed. Don’t assume changing your login password invalidates the old subscription link; check the panel or support response to confirm whether they’re connected. If the link changes, update it on every device you still use and refresh the configuration. When reporting the issue, describe where it was shared and what happened. Never include the full link or password in a public screenshot.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Start with your internet connection, configuration, and affected apps. Avoid changing several settings at once.
The client says it’s connected, but websites still won’t load. What should I do?
A connected status usually means the client has established a connection; it doesn’t mean every app is using that route. Disconnect and make sure your device’s regular internet connection can reach commonly used websites. Reconnect, then check the active configuration, selected route, and whether system proxy or network takeover is enabled. If only one website fails, try another international site to rule out an issue with the site itself. If all sites fail, try a backup route in the same region and check whether another network tool is running. Note the exact error and what changed when you switched routes so support can investigate through a ticket. For setup steps, see the quick-start guide.
Why does my browser work, but a particular app won’t use the proxy?
Apps may handle your system’s network settings differently, so a working browser doesn’t prove that other apps are using the same route. Check whether the client is using system proxy mode or network takeover, then see whether the app or its domain is set to bypass the proxy in your rules. Before switching modes, make sure the client supports the feature and grant any requested permissions. After changing settings, fully close and reopen the app so it doesn’t reuse an existing connection. If only one app still fails, note its name, your operating system, the current mode, and the exact error. Don’t reinstall everything based on the behavior of a single app.
Subscription import failed. Where should I start troubleshooting?
First, make sure you copied the subscription link from the user panel—not the account page or plan page URL. Check that there are no spaces, line breaks, or punctuation added by a messaging app around the link. Then confirm that the client’s import method supports this configuration. If you see an unsupported format message, check the client instructions in the panel; don’t edit the link’s parameters. If the request times out, check your internet connection and plan status. When submitting a ticket, include the error text, the client’s platform, and the import method. Hide the full subscription link in screenshots to avoid exposing it again.
Why does my connection drop after waking from sleep or switching networks?
After a device sleeps, switches Wi-Fi networks, or reconnects to the internet, the existing connection may have expired even though the client still shows its previous status. First, make sure the current network is online, then disconnect and reconnect in the client to establish a new session. If this happens often, check whether your system restricts background activity for the client and whether it still has network permissions. On desktop, check whether another network tool takes over the settings again after the device wakes. Note whether the issue happens only after sleep, only after switching networks, or all the time; these patterns can point to different causes. Recording the trigger is more helpful than simply reporting an unstable connection.
What information is most useful when submitting a connection troubleshooting ticket?
Use the support ticket option in the user panel to share your device platform, client, approximate time the issue occurred, route name, and exact error message. Also say whether your regular internet connection works, whether the issue affects every app or only one, and whether switching routes fixes it. If the issue started after a specific action, describe what happened in order—for example, the connection failed after updating the subscription or required reconnecting after sleep. Include only the relevant settings and error in screenshots, and hide sensitive credentials, especially your password and full subscription link. Avoid changing several settings at once, or it will be hard to tell which change helped.
Speed & Routes
Choose routes based on the destination service and your current network; a route’s name doesn’t guarantee a particular experience.
How can I choose a better route when speeds slow down at peak times?
First, check whether everything is slow or just one website or app. Pause large downloads and other bandwidth-heavy tasks, then compare your current route with a backup route in the same region using the same app and content. Change one thing at a time so you can tell what made a difference. If routes in the same region are all performing poorly, compare other suitable regions and check whether the app has regional requirements. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, the international route, and the destination service. Route type can help guide your choice, but it is not a guaranteed speed.
What’s the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
These terms describe how a route is arranged; they don’t guarantee a particular result every time you connect. A direct route typically aims for a more direct path. A relay uses an additional entry point to connect to the network beyond it. IEPL describes a dedicated route. Actual performance also depends on the distance to the entry point, ISP interconnections, and the path between the exit point and the destination service. When choosing a route, first check whether your app connects reliably, then compare page load times, playback continuity, or task completion. A route’s name doesn’t mean it will always be faster, and a shorter path isn’t necessarily more stable. For more on how protocols and routes work together, see the protocol reference.
With so many routes, should I always choose the region closest to me?
VPNQI covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes, but geographic distance is only one factor. A nearby region is a reasonable starting point; also consider where the destination service is located, the app’s regional requirements, and connection stability. Some services depend on your exit region and account requirements, so distance alone can’t determine whether they’ll work. Start by identifying what you want to use, then compare backup routes in suitable regions under consistent test conditions. See the route list on the servers page. Available configurations depend on the user panel and subscription; coverage does not mean every platform is available in every region.
Why do videos or AI tools still lag when a speed test looks fine?
A speed test and an app may connect to different servers, so test results don’t fully reflect how videos or AI tools will perform. First, identify when the problem occurs: continuous video buffering, slow initial page loads, or long waits after submitting a task. Try other services over the same route to distinguish a route issue from a slow response by the destination platform. Streaming may also depend on playback region, account eligibility, and content source. AI tools may have their own service status or access requirements. Try backup routes in suitable regions, then check the app settings. Unverified platform support should not be treated as a guarantee of ongoing availability.
Should I switch protocols right away if I get packet loss or repeated reconnections?
Changing protocols doesn’t need to be your first step. Check whether your local network is also unstable—for example, whether Wi-Fi is unreliable or your router is having issues—then compare backup routes in the same configuration. If changing networks fixes the problem, investigate the original network first. If only one route fails, note its name and the error. When switching protocols, use only the configurations provided by the panel and client; don’t copy or modify settings from another service. Protocols make different trade-offs in transport conditions, connection setup, and resource use, but none can fix every route issue. To compare options, read the protocol reference and run a repeatable test.
Billing & Refunds
Check pricing, data reset dates, and order details separately. See the policy page for full refund terms.
How much does a monthly plan cost, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not automatically at the start of each calendar month. Choose a plan based on the data your usual tasks require and your actual usage in the user panel; device count is not a substitute for a data allowance. Check the plan details shown in the panel to confirm your account’s reset date. Before paying, see the packages page for pricing and billing details. Plan cards and the price overview offer different data allowances, not different device limits.
What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly plan?
Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets monthly on your activation date, so the two billing options work differently. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans against your actual data usage. If your usage varies, check whether a data package better fits your needs. A data package does not automatically renew each month. Don’t assume it stacks with a monthly plan, offsets its data, or has a particular usage order. If your account includes different billing options, check what’s available in the user panel before paying, and open a ticket if you need to confirm how they work.
How is the price difference handled when I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated to the remaining days. This is different from paying for another full billing period, and it should not be interpreted as extra data. Before proceeding, open the user panel, check your current and target plans, and review the order or change details shown on the page. If the displayed result doesn’t match your expectations, keep the plan name and order status and ask through a support ticket. Don’t repeatedly submit the same order. How an upgrade works with renewal or data packages depends on the options available in the panel. Don’t assume plans can be combined unless the panel confirms it.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan status doesn’t update after payment?
Supported payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and follow the payment options and instructions on the order page. If your status doesn’t update after payment, return to the original order and check its status, then make sure your payment record matches that order. Avoid submitting another payment, which can make orders difficult to distinguish. If the status still looks wrong, submit a ticket with the order ID, payment method, and any necessary proof of payment. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots. Don’t transfer money to an account not listed on the page, and don’t guess the currency, network, or payment amount. Always follow the requirements shown on the current order page.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
VPNQI offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, first review the refund policy, then sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the order ID for review. If you’re also having connection issues, include the errors and troubleshooting steps you’ve tried. Don’t post payment details, passwords, or subscription links publicly. Follow up in the same ticket and provide any requested information to keep the support history together. See the refund policy for eligibility and full terms. This help page makes no additional promises about processing or payment times or other compensation. Review the relevant terms before paying.
