Pricing at a Glance

Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, with a 14-day refund policy. Both monthly plans and data packs support unlimited devices. Prices and data allowances are listed below; switching billing models does not change these details.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the plan start date. Data packs last until used and never expire. The available billing models are monthly plans and data packs; no unconfirmed long-term plans or discounts are listed.

Choose by Billing Model

If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans. If your usage is occasional, consider a data pack. These options are described by usage pattern, not ranked by data allowance or upfront cost.

Monthly Plans

Data resets monthly on your plan start date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. A good fit for regular cross-border access when you want to track data and budget month by month. The main difference between monthly plans is the data allowance; price alone does not indicate route speed.

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 /month

For lighter use focused on browsing international websites, research, and text-based AI tools. If your main tasks involve reading pages and working with text rather than streaming video, start with this allowance, check your actual usage, and adjust if needed.

60GB is a plan allowance, not an unlimited-use promise. Images, attachments, video, and background syncing all use data. Even with unlimited devices, check your remaining allowance in the user panel; having fewer devices does not guarantee that this plan will be enough.

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 /month

For everyday browsing, AI tools, and streaming. If your usage goes beyond text-based pages and you often connect from both computers and mobile devices, consider this plan when comparing data allowances.

250GB gives you a larger monthly data allowance; it does not guarantee access to content in any particular region. Streaming availability depends on the platform, account region, and current route. If you often transfer large files, keep an eye on your usage as well.

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 /month

For frequent streaming, working across multiple devices, or transferring larger files. Choose this plan based on your actual data needs, not on the assumption that a higher price makes every connection faster.

500GB is still a defined allowance. Video quality, viewing time, and file size all affect usage, so the plan name alone cannot tell you how many hours you can stream. Check your past usage and choose based on your actual tasks to avoid a mismatch between allowance and needs.

Data resets on your plan start date, not at the beginning of each calendar month. Before upgrading mid-cycle, check the new plan, price difference, and prorated remaining days in the user panel. Do not assume an upgrade starts a new full cycle.

Data Packs That Never Expire

Data packs last until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly, making them a good fit for occasional use when you want to plan around your remaining data. Monthly plans and data packs follow different rules; data pack prices are not converted into unverified monthly rates.

Data Pack · 300GB

¥158 /pack

For occasional research, periodic use of AI tools, or connecting only when you have a specific task. If there are long gaps between uses, data that never expires lets you focus on your remaining allowance rather than a calendar cycle.

The 300GB allowance is consumed as you use it and does not renew monthly. Whether it is enough depends on your actual usage. If you stream video regularly, compare the monthly plan rules too rather than focusing only on the upfront price.

Data Pack · 1000GB

¥358 /pack

For uneven usage patterns where individual tasks may involve lots of files or video. If you need a lot of access during work periods but connect less at other times, use your remaining data to plan ahead instead of following a monthly usage model.

1000GB is the total allowance for the pack, not a monthly allowance. Unlimited devices do not add data to the pack; file syncing, updates, and streaming can all reduce the balance. Check your usage history and remaining data in the user panel after completing a task.

Data Pack · 3000GB

¥658 /pack

For users who know their usage patterns and want a larger total data allowance. Before choosing, consider how often you connect and what you use the service for. A larger allowance is not automatically a better fit for every use case.

The 3000GB allowance is consumed as you use it; never expiring does not mean unlimited data. If you are only trying the service for a short time, compare the other options first. If you use a lot of data regularly, consider the different reset rules for monthly plans and data packs.

Data packs are not billed by time. If you already have a monthly plan, check your plan and order details in the user panel before switching to a data pack. This page makes no promises about combining plans, transferring data, or exchanging balances.

Compare Billing Rules

Start by comparing how data is replenished, then compare the allowances. Regular and occasional use call for different budgeting approaches. The table below compares confirmed plan rules only; it does not rank routes by unverified speeds or label the most expensive option as universally best.

Video quality, file size, and background tasks all affect data usage. A plan allowance cannot be converted directly into a fixed number of viewing hours. Route performance also depends on your local network, destination service, and time of use.

Payment Methods and Order Confirmation

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the plans section in the user panel; the options shown there are the definitive ones. If you are not signed in, access your account first. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. You can then view plans, orders, and subscriptions in the same panel.

Before paying, confirm the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing model, especially the difference between monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plans reset on the plan start date; data packs are based on a total allowance that lasts until used. If you plan to upgrade mid-cycle, check how the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Do not estimate an amount that has not been confirmed in your order.

After choosing a payment method, follow the instructions on the payment page. For USDT payments, use only the details displayed on the current payment page; do not copy payment information from other pages or chat messages. Once payment is complete, return to your order history to confirm the status, then check your plan in the account overview. Do not assume your plan is active just because you have left the payment page.

If the payment record and order status do not match, keep the order details and payment record, then explain the issue in a user panel support ticket. Avoid creating duplicate orders for the same purpose or making another payment while the details are being checked. This page does not specify processing times or unconfirmed payment methods.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

14-day refund policy

After choosing a plan, check whether it suits your needs based on actual use: whether the client connects successfully, whether you can access your usual destination services, and whether the data allowance fits your tasks. Route coverage and data allowances are confirmed details, but they cannot replace testing your local network and target platforms.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, find the relevant order, and submit a refund request through a support ticket with the order details. Keep the payment record linked to the order for verification. Do not share your account password or subscription link in a ticket. If you already have a related ticket, add the information there to keep the support history together.

Read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full eligibility and processing rules. “14-day refund policy, no reason required” is a brief summary; no processing time, special compensation, or other unlisted offer is promised here. Refund and order issues are handled through the user panel.

Billing and Refund FAQs

How much do VPNQI plans cost?

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other options are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB and never expire. Monthly plans are billed monthly; data packs are not time-based. Check the price, data allowance, and reset rules for each option before choosing.

How many devices can I use on one plan?

Use an unlimited number of devices at the same time on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on the remaining allowance shared across devices. Sign in to the user panel to access subscriptions and client downloads; an active plan is required for the relevant download links.

What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

14-day refund policy, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket with the order details, and submit a refund request. You can check your payment details in your order history first. See the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for eligibility and handling rules; no processing time is promised on this page.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, review your order, then select a payment method and follow the payment page instructions. After paying, check the order history to confirm the status, then view your plan in the overview. If the status has not updated, check the payment record against the order and contact support by ticket to avoid paying twice.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on the day your plan starts. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Resets are not aligned to the start of the calendar month; check your reset date in the user panel. Before upgrading, review the new plan, price difference, and prorated remaining days. An upgrade does not necessarily start a new full cycle.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly and are not billed like monthly plans; just keep track of your remaining data. If switching from a monthly plan to a data pack, check your current plan and order details in the user panel. This page makes no promises about combining plans, transferring data, or exchanging balances.
